Hi!  I'm Constance Burger!

I was born on Mother's Day, May the 8th,1960, and was married to my beloved husband Richard Burger on March 15th 1980.

We have a wonderful daughter Shanti, married to the wonderful Adam, who has given us 4 grandsons, Deron-10, Nathan-7,  Logan-5, Aidan-3, and our one-year-old baby-grand-girl Cailyn!

We also have a son Eddie,  who is an amazing musician and songwriter and married to the beautiful Miss Jessica!

...and now back to me...

I was born in Long Beach, California and then moved to the Seattle area when I was 6, then back to California to live in Torrance when I was 17-1/2. In May of 1978 just after my 18th birthday, I met my husband Rich at a convenience store down the street at 2:30am. He was behind me in line buying a gallon of milk and I was buying cookies. (Milk & Cookies!)  WoW! (Peas & Carrots Forrest!)

We both played guitar and wrote music and shortly after we met we were born-again, so we turned our music over to be used to glorify God.

Rich and I traveled about for several years ministering with our music and then settled in San Antonio, Texas to focus on raising our children, and while I focused on being my kid's mom, Rich went on to become a great Worship Leader and he sure is amazing!

I had so much fun when I decided to stretch beyond my usual music and lyric writing to write my autobiography "Resume' of a Woman", which was published in September 2007, and even though I only wrote it as a therapy for myself it turned out to be a joy and has inspired me to become a fulltime writer! General Interests: Loving and serving people!

Music: Yes! The old stuff like Nat King Cole and Etta James, and then lots of great Jazz, but I especially like Praise & Worship and that soaking worship.

Movies/TV: The one inside my head (I'm a professional daydreamer!) (P.S.-though I love educational TV)

Books: Lots and lots of them! (The Bible mostly, but I am an information and inspirational story addict.)

What kind of things do I like such as hobbies...?  Well, I love to "LAUGH" with people, but I watercolor in solitude, and I like to go hiking, camping and fishing. Also though I enjoy basketball, baseball for some reason does kinda thrill me. (the St Louis Cardinals of course!) (Smiles!) Mainly I love watching my husband watch sports, for his great facial expressions are so exciting!

I love meeting and making friends with absolute strangers, I love giving foot massages, and I love doing random acts of kindness as they make life feel exciting and mysterious. I play guitar decently enough, and I love it that I hear music & lyrics inside of me. I love to memorize the Scriptures and sit for hours and hours in absolute stillness & silence because within me I hear so much.
